The new Doerr-Hosier Center offers three new meeting rooms. The McNulty Gathering Room seats approximately 200 people in a classroom setting or 300 at round tables for special events. The Kaufman Room is located on the lower level with its own patio overlooking Red Mountain. This impressive meeting space seats approximately 96 guests in a theater style. The Kaufman Room can also seat 40 attendees in a roundtable and classroom style, or we can accommodate 35 persons in a hollow square. The Catto Terrace Room with its breathtaking views of Red Mountain offers a board room for up to 20 clients; this is the perfect setting to empress the best.

Additional meeting space is available in the Koch Building. There are 100 computer and modem ports and built-in rear screen projection. The technologically advanced computer operated podiums gives the speaker fingertip control of all audio/visual functions. For your added convenience, there is a Business Center that provides complete support and administrative services.

The Aspen Meadows Resort partners with the Aspen Club & Spa creating a unique Executive Retreats. The original idea of Aspen revolved around the concept of creating an environment, which would nourish the Mind, Body and Spirit. A relationship between the Aspen Meadows and the Aspen Club & Spa introduces unique programmings around this concept. The first signature program that the Aspen Club would introduce is the Executive Performance Program ("EPP"). The EPP is a unique life changing experience, which could be offered to all guests of the Meadows and the Aspen Institute. The EPP will rapidly improve each participant's ability to make breakthroughs and lasting change in their health, fitness and general life performance. In the EPP, we have options ranging from 1 to 3 day programs which are both exciting and goal driven. Each EPP, led by our highly trained coaches, is individually tailored and integrates baseline testing, goal setting, with numerous activities around Aspen.
